Shipping within Australia
What are my shipping options when shopping online?
- For all online orders Australia wide standard shipping is free for orders over $100.
- Standard shipping is $6 for orders under $100.
- For all online orders Australia wide express shipping is free for orders over $200.
- Express shipping is $8 for orders under $200.
Cue Club Black cardholders enjoy free express shipping on all purchases when logged in during checkout.
All shipping rates are for online orders only and do not apply for purchases in Cue stand alone or Myer stores. Online orders made via Click & Collect incur stand alone store shipping rates if required to be posted. Please contact these stores directly for their shipping rates.
In Sydney metro? Jump the Cue with same-day delivery!
In partnership with 'Want It Now', enjoy 3-4 hour delivery within a 40km radius of our Mascot, Sydney warehouse for a fee. Alternatively, select a specific delivery window up to five days in advance to ensure your parcel will arrive when you’re ready for it.
Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure delivery within the requested 3-4 hour period, extenuating circumstances, including heavy traffic and inclement weather, may delay your parcel’s arrival.
'Want It Now' 3-4 hour same day delivery options depend on your location. Prices start from just $9.95 and will be calculated at checkout (orders must be placed between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday).
Three delivery time slots are available: 9am to 1pm, 1pm to 5pm, and 6pm to 10pm, including same day and up to 5 working days in the future. Orders need to be placed before 3pm for same day delivery.
You will receive an SMS and email once your order has been dispatched, and again when the driver is 20 minutes away. Deliveries can be tracked down to the minute, using the 'Want It Now' website or via the iPhone/android app.
The driver will require a signature upon delivery.
If there is no one home when the driver attempts delivery, they will make contact via the mobile number provided and with your permission can either leave your parcel somewhere safe (as nominated by you), deliver to an alternate address or redeliver at another time.
If the driver cannot get in touch with you, your parcel will be returned to our dispatch centre and dispatched again at your cost after we have been able to confirm a suitable day, time and address with you.
When can I expect to receive my order?
This depends on where you’re located and the postage speed you have selected when checking out. Australia Post have provided some guidelines below:

Please note that the delivery times listed are supplied by Australia Post, and should be treated as estimates only. Expected delivery timeframes commence from your parcel being dispatched.
Orders are dispatched between 9:00am and 3:00pm AEST Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received after 3:00pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be dispatched the following business day.
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods (including public holidays). In the event you have paid for shipping and your order is delayed during a peak trade period, please contact our customer service department for a shipping refund.
How will I know how much shipping will cost?
You have a few options. Advice specific to the pricing of the garment you are viewing can be found just above the size selection, or you can alternatively click ‘Delivery and collection options’ on the product page to confirm what options are available to you.
A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at Checkout, based on the delivery location, shipping service selected and Cue Club membership. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address at checkout.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
What if my parcel isn’t able to be delivered?
All Australia Post e-Parcels require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If delivery of a parcel cannot be made, the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address. If this occurs an email will also be sent to notify you of the attempted delivery and the location of the parcel, once it has been redirected to the nearest Australia post office for your collection.
To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo ID, and parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local post office. If an undelivered parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to us and you will be notified via email. Redelivery is charged at an additional $10 for express shipping.

How much will shipping cost?
International shipping is calculated based on various factors including the chosen or available shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree international checkout based on these factors.
How are duties and taxes calculated?
Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree international checkout.
What if an item cannot be shipped due to import restrictions?
If for some reason there are any items that cannot be exported from Australia or imported into your destination country, Borderfree will make you aware of this during the checkout process.
Will I need to pay any additional charges when my order arrives?
If you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be charged by Borderfree, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery. If you choose to not prepay duties and taxes, you may incur additional charges upon the arrival of your order.
Will you provide international tracking?
You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched on the same or next business day Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) depending on the time you place your order relative to Sydney time (this is where your order is being shipped from).
