Cue Online has partnered with 'Want It Now' to offer our Sydney customers same day delivery options direct to your door.
These delivery options will allow you to take advantage of same day delivery (3-4 hours) or alternatively select a specific delivery window up to five days in advance. This service is available only for deliveries within 40km of Mascot in Sydney NSW, Australia.
Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure delivery within the requested 3-4 hour period, extenuating circumstances, including heavy traffic and inclement weather, may delay your parcel’s arrival.
- 'Want It Now' 3-4 hour same day delivery options depend on your location. Prices start from just $9.95 and will be calculated at checkout (orders must be placed between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday).
- Three delivery time slots are available: 9am to 1pm, 1pm to 5pm, and 6pm to 10pm, including same day and up to 5 working days in the future. Orders need to be placed before 3pm for same day delivery.
- You will receive an SMS and email once your order has been dispatched, and again when the driver is 20 minutes away. Deliveries can be tracked down to the minute, using the 'Want It Now' website or via the iPhone/android app.
- The driver will require a signature upon delivery.
- If there is no one home when the driver attempts delivery, they will make contact via the mobile number provided and with your permission can either leave your parcel somewhere safe (as nominated by you), deliver to an alternate address or redeliver at another time.

- For all online orders Australia wide standard shipping is free for orders over $100.
- Standard shipping is $6 for orders under $100.
- For all online orders Australia wide express shipping is free for orders over $200.
- Express shipping is $8 for orders under $200.
Cue Club Black cardholders enjoy free express shipping on all purchases when logged in during checkout.
All shipping rates are for online orders only and do not apply for purchases in Cue stand alone or Myer stores. Online orders made via Click & Collect incur stand alone store shipping rates if required to be posted. Please contact these stores directly for their shipping rates.
Both standard and express shipping options are available through the Australia Post e-Parcel network within Australia. Standard shipping will see your package arrive in approximately 2 to 6 business days, with express shipping approximately 1 to 4 business days.
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes supplied, unforseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occasionally occur. Peak trade times may include special promotions, mid season sale, end of season sale, and holiday periods (including public holidays). In the event you have paid for shipping and your order is delayed during a peak trade period, please contact our customer service department for a shipping refund.

Track My Order
Once received, all orders are dispatched between 9:00am and 3:00pm AEST Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received after 3:00pm AEST or outside of AEST business hours will be dispatched the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
All Australia Post e-Parcels require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If delivery of a parcel cannot be made, the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address. If this occurs an email will also be sent to notify you of the attempted delivery and the location of the parcel, once it has been redirected to the nearest Australia post office for your collection.
To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo ID, and parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local post office. If an undelivered parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to us and you will be notified via email. Redelivery is charged at an additional $10 for Express Shipping.
For Delivery Outside Australia
To ensure all of our customers have access to new Australian Made Cue designs, international shipping through Cue Online is currently available to 32 countries across the globe, with new locations added regularly.

International shipments are subject to controls by local customs authorities, which may affect the estimated delivery times and are unfortunately beyond our control. If it is deemed necessary you may be contacted by the courier and/or customs official to provide information and authorisation to import your order. This may include authorisation to act on your behalf and if not provided, you may become responsible for the import of the order. If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address in the ‘Shipping Information’ upon Checkout.
A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at Checkout, based on the delivery location, service selected and Cue Club membership. All international shipping charges are non-refundable.
International orders may be subjected to import duties and taxes based on the destination countries controls and regulations. These duties and taxes are calculated based on the style details and total value of the order. If applicable these fees will be included in the total price quoted upon Checkout. Cue will then pay these duties and taxes on the customer's behalf to the local customs authority at the destination country.
International customers are not required to pay the 10% Australian goods and services tax (GST) and this value will be subtracted from the order total at checkout.

Track My Order

All DHL parcels require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Delivery of an International order will be attempted three times with a delivery card left upon each attempt. If delivery of the parcel cannot be made, contact details provided at Checkout will be supplied to DHL and they will make contact in an attempt arrange redelivery with you.
If a parcel remains undeliverable following a third attempt, the courier company must be contacted using the details provided on the delivery card to arrange redelivery at your cost or collection from the closest depot. If the courier company is not contacted within 7 days of the item being returned to the depot, the item will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will be notified.
Redelivery is charged in addition to the original shipping fee and calculated based on reconfirmed delivery address, the number of purchased items and parcel weight.
