Australia Post champions Cue’s innovations.
Cue is recognised for its industry-leading innovation in online retailing amidst the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19.
Australia Post, a proud delivery partner of Cue Clothing Co. applauded Cue’s results in online and in-store innovation in the article ‘How Cue took fashion styling online’ by Sara Howard.
The article interviewed Cue’s CIO Shane Lenton on the adaptability of the business in both direct-from-store inventory fulfilment and the introduction of virtual styling appointments. This new leading technology has allowed the magic of Cue to be sharing direct to the customer’s home through the ‘Book a Stylist’ platform. The platform allows Cue Senior Stylists to facility virtual styling appointment over video call and then arrange ‘Store to Door’ orders direct from the shop floor to the customer’s door.
Australia Post noted the difficulties COVID-19 has placed on the retail sector and through “AI technology fast store-to-door fulfilment and an expert team of virtual stylists, Cue has elevated expectations of the online fashion shopping experience.” Cue is proud to have endless aisle capabilities which has allowed closed Cue stores to function as ‘dark stores’ for online order fulfilment whilst in lockdown.
