  • How do I become a Cue Club member?

    Simply sign up in store with a Cue team member or register your details online at https://www.cue.cc/CueClub

  • How will I receive a Cue Club card?

    Cue Club cards are available to all Australian and New Zealand customers. Upon signing up in store, you will be immediately issued with a Cue Club card that has been attached to your account. If you sign up online and wish to receive a card it will be sent to your nominated shipping address and can take up to three weeks to be delivered.

  • Can I be a Cue Club member if I live overseas?

    Yes. If you live outside Australia or New Zealand you can still become a Cue Club member however you will not receive a Cue Club card.

  • Can I join Cue Club if I don't have or wish to provide an email address?

    To register as a Cue Club member you are required to provide a valid email address. If you do not wish to receive communication via email, you can opt out at any time by signing in to your Cue Club account and deselecting ‘email’ from your communication preferences. Please note, email is our primary source of communication to our members and includes loyalty notifications, new arrivals, promotions and sale updates. Please note that online transactional emails such as order confirmations are sent independently of your Cue Club members and are unable to be opted out of.

  • Can I join Cue Club if I don't have or do not wish to provide a mobile phone number?

    To register as a Cue Club member you are required to provide a valid mobile phone number. If you do not wish to receive communication via SMS, you can opt out at any time by signing into your Cue Club account and deselecting ‘Mobile’ from your communication preferences.

  • Can I join Cue Club at a department store?

    Yes, speak to a Cue staff member who can register you in-store or alternatively register your details online at www.cue.cc/CueClub

  • What do I receive as Cue Club member?

    As a Cue Club member, you are the first to know about our weekly new arrivals, member only offers and campaign launches – All of this delivered straight to your inbox!

    Plus, as a member you will receive: $25 reward on your birthday, faster checkout with the ability to save your preferred payment methods, and an online account with a wish list and your order history.   • What rewards do I receive as a Cue Club member?

    All members receive $25 birthday reward when you provide your birthday details. The reward is applied to your member account to use in-store or online (cannot be redeemed in department stores). To confirm your birthday login here www.cue.cc/CueClub/Account

  • How long is my birthday reward valid for?

    The birthday reward is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Birthday rewards are valid 7 days prior to your nominated date of birth and for 21 days after. The expiry date of your birthday reward is available to view at any time within your member account. Extensions cannot be offered on rewards.

  • Can I use birthday rewards towards all purchases?

    Rewards can be redeemed on full price or sale items and used during promotional periods. Rewards cannot be used as a payment option for laybys, alterations, shipping or the payment of duties or taxes on international orders. Rewards cannot be used to purchase a gift card. Rewards cannot be redeemed in Myer, David Jones, Ballantynes (NZ) or franchise locations.

  • What happens to my reward if I refund my purchase?

    If a reward is redeemed on a transaction that is later returned, the value of the reward will be deducted from the total amount refunded and the reward will not be reissued. If the transaction is partially returned, the reward will be proportionally split across the return.

  • How will I be notified if I have reward?

    Cue Club members will receive an email and/or SMS to notify them when they receive a reward. Cue Club members can also check if they have any available offers/rewards available by logging into their account online at www.cue.cc/CueClub at any time.

  • Will my purchases be recorded against my Cue Club account?

    All purchases made as a Cue Club member at Cue stand-alone stores, Myer, David Jones and online at www.cue.cc will be recorded against your Cue Club account. Present your Cue Club card, member barcode, name or email to a staff member when making a purchase in a Cue store. Present your Cue Club card or barcode in Myer or David Jones stores. You can keep track of your purchase history by signing into Cue Club online and visiting: https://www.cue.cc/CueClub/Purchases

  • What if I forget my Cue Club card when shopping?

    Your member barcode is in the bottom of all Cue Club emails, simply open a recent email and present to the a staff member. You can also access your barcode by signing into your Cue Club account and selecting 'View Bardcode'. Alternatively a staff member in Cue stand alone stores can also search your membership using your name, email or mobile number. If you wish to redeem an exclusive offer, you may be asked to provide photo ID.

  • What if my Cue Club card is lost?

    You can request a new card at any Cue standalone store or you can order a replacement card via your Cue Club account at https://cue.cc/CueClub/Account. Until your Cue Club card arrives you can continue to shop following the same methods as outlined in ‘What if I forget my Card.’

  • How quickly will my Cue Club purchases be recognised?

    Purchases made as a Cue Club member will be available to view in your Cue Club account within 24 hours after a transaction is completed.

  • Will a refund appear in my purchases?

    Yes, provided the initial transaction was made as a member and the refund is applied against your Cue Club account, all transactions including refunds will appear in your Purchases within your Cue Club account.

  • How do I update my personal details and/or communication preferences?

    You can update your details, including personal information, preferred payment methods and communication preferences at any time by signing in to: https://www.cue.cc/CueClub/Account. You can also update your details in stand-alone stores with a Cue team member.

  • How do you protect my saved payment method details?

    Cue Club provides the option for you to safely store your credit card details to your Cue Club account, making it faster and easier to shop with us. To ensure your details are secure Cue uses DPS PCI gateway which saves a token to your Cue Club account that is only valid at https://www.cue.cc/. Only the first six and last two digits of your credit card number will ever be retained and displayed, along with your card type and expiry, so that you can determine which of your cards you have saved to your profile. You will still be required to enter your CVV before completing any purchases online.

    You can delete your card details at any time by selecting the 'Remove' button in the Payment Methods page of your Cue Club account.

    Please note that you will need to re-enter card details if you change or add a new address. This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to make a purchase using your Cue Club details and saved payment method, they will be unable to do so to any address other than those you have already saved. This is a precaution designed to protect your personal information.

  • How can I be sure the information saved to my Cue Club account is secure?

    To help ensure that the personal information you provide as a Cue Club member is safe and secure, Cue uses Rapid Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock icon before the URL address at the top of your browser. You can click on this icon to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

    When signed in to your Cue Club account, or at checkout, you will also notice that the URL at the top of the browser will begin with 'https:' instead of the 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.

  • How do I become a Cue Club Black cardholder?

    To become a Cue Club Black card holder you are required to have a spend value greater than $2000 within 12 months. We will send you an email to notify you when you are getting close to achieving your Cue Club Black card.

  • How do I know when I have become a Cue Club Black cardholder?

    Cue Club members will receive an email to notify them when they become a Cue Club Black cardholder. Additionally Cue Club members will also be notified via email (if opted for email communication) as they get close to becoming a Cue Club Black cardholder. Cue Club members can also check if they are a Cue Club Black Card holder by signing in online at https://cue.cc/CueClub or when is store.

  • How do I get a Cue Club Black card?

    If you wish to receive a physical card, you will need to update your details and request a card online at www.cue.cc/CueClub. Members who choose to request a card will receive their Cue Club Black card via direct mail approximately three weeks from the date the card was requested.

  • What if I want to make a purchase with Cue but have not yet received my Cue Club Black card?

    If you have not yet received your Cue Club Black Card, you can still use your current Cue Club card as your barcode will remain the same allowing you to enjoy you Cue Club Black benefits immediately. Alternatively you can scan your digital barcode from your Cue Club Black account at any time using a smart phone or tablet device. Simply sign in to your Cue Club Black account and select the 'View Barcode' option - once your Active Barcode appears, this can be scanned directly from your screen. If you do not have access to your Cue Club Black account when shopping in store, a member of the team can also search for you by using your email address or mobile phone number. When shopping simply login prior to or during checkout to receive your Cue Club Black benefits.

  • What if I choose not to receive a Cue Club Black card?

    If you choose not to receive a Cue Club Black card, you can still have purchases recorded against your account. If you are shopping in-store a member of the team can search for you in our system using your email address or mobile phone number. Alternatively, you can scan your barcode from your Cue Club Black profile at any time using a smart phone or tablet device. If you are shopping online, simply sign into Cue Club prior to checkout.

  • Can I be a Cue Club Black card holder if I live overseas?

    Yes. If you live outside Australia or New Zealand you can still become a Cue Club Black cardholder however you will not receive a Cue Club Black card.

  • Can I use my Cue Club Black card at a department store?

    Yes, you can enjoy 10% off* all Cue full price purchases in both Myer and David Jones and your purchases will contribute to your yearly spend. At this stage, rewards can only be redeemed in Cue standalone stores or online at www.cue.cc

  • What benefits do I receive as a Cue Club Black cardholder?

    As a Cue Club Black card holder you receive the following benefits:
    - 10% off full price purchases at Cue stand-alone stores and www.cue.cc
    - A $50 reward on your birthday
    - Early access to promotions
    - Exclusive invitations to in-store events, campaign launches and more

  • How does the Cue Club Black 10% off benefit work?

    - The Cue Club Black 10% off benefit is valid on all full price product in Cue standalone stores, Myer, David Jones and www.cue.cc (including accessories).
    - The 10% off benefit is valid for lay-by purchases.
    - The 10% off benefit is valid when using any tender as payment including cash, credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, rewards and gift cards.
    - It is not valid on sale items or in conjunction with any other discount unless specified by Cue. It is not valid on the purchase of Gift Cards, cost of alterations, shipping or duties and taxes for international orders.
    - The benefit is not valid at Ballantynes (NZ) or franchise locations, cannot be redeemed on phone orders and cannot be transferred.

  • Can I use my Cue Club Black benefits when shopping online?

    Yes, Cue Club Black benefits are valid on online purchases and are automatically applied to your order when signing into your Cue Club Black account.

  • Does my Cue Club Black benefit apply to shipping, duties and taxes?

    Cue Club Black benefits do not apply to shipping, duties and taxes.

  • Do all of my purchases contribute towards my Cue Club black membership?

    Purchases made as a Cue Club Black cardholder at Cue stores, Myer, David Jones and Cue online will be recorded against your membership. Your purchases can be viewed by signing into your Cue Club account online at www.cue.cc/CueClub/Purchases. Purchases made at franchise stores and Ballantynes (NZ) cannot be added to your membership.

  • What happens if I return my purchase?

    In the event of a refund, purchase’s that have contributed to a member becoming a Cue Club Black cardholder will be deducted from a cardholders overall spend. Should the cardholder enter a negative balance they will retain their Black cardholder status however will need to make up the negative amount in addition to the $2000AUD spend prior to their anniversary.

  • What is my Cue Club Black anniversary?

    We determine your 'Anniversary Date' as the date you became a Cue Club Black cardholder. It's important to keep track of this date to maintain your status. The 'Anniversary Date' that is listed in your Cue Club account and printed on your membership card reflects the date you became a Black cardholder. It is not a reflection of the date you created your membership.

  • What happens if I don’t spend $2000 by my next anniversary?

    Your Cue Club Black cardholder status will be retracted and you will revert back to a Cue Club membership. If you opted to receive a Cue Club Black card you can continue to use this in-store, however you will only receive the benefits of the standard Cue Club members.

  • What is the Cue Club Black birthday reward?

    The Cue Club Black birthday reward is a $50 reward that is applied to Cue Club Black cardholders account for their birthday. You can confirm your birthday at https://cue.cc/CueClub/Account
